- Day 1. Arrival at the selected establishment: Hotel Talaso Atlántico
Upon your arrival at the Hotel Talaso Atlántico, we will proceed with the Check-In and prepare to enjoy a few days of rest and thalassotherapy treatments.
We will take this first day as free time to arrange our luggage and relax after the journey.
If the schedule permits, we have two options depending on the available time and our energy. If we have time and inclination, we can visit Baiona, take a stroll around the town, and visit monumental places like the Ex-Colegiata Santa María and the Fortaleza – Parador de Monterreal. If time is more limited or a more relaxed plan is preferred, we can enjoy the benefits of thalasso and have a quiet dinner at the Faro restaurant within the Hotel Talaso Atlántico.
- Day 2. Breakfast, Castro de Santa Tecla, mouth of the Miño River and stroll through A Guarda. Thalassotherapy Circuit "Marine Tour" at Hotel Talaso Atlántico
After a delicious breakfast at the hotel, we will head in the morning towards A Guarda.
The coastal tour will allow us to enjoy a spectacular landscape, with views of the majestic Atlantic, and we will arrive in A Guarda in less than half an hour from the hotel. In this picturesque town, we will see the Castelo de Santa Cruz, the port, and the magical landscapes of Monte Santa Trega. At the top of the mountain, we will find the Castro de Santa Trega and its archaeological museum, a Galician settlement that offers unique views of the Miño River. The circular dwellings that characterize the site are typical of the area's ancient settlements.
After this tour, we will have free time to eat in A Guarda or its surroundings. Once refreshed, we will return to the Hotel Talaso Atlántico, where we will enjoy the Thalassotherapy Circuit "Marine Tour". This especially relaxing and healthy treatment will allow us to rest and unwind throughout the afternoon.
Once this wellness and culture experience is over, we will spend the rest of the afternoon resting at the hotel.
- Day 3. Breakfast, thermal pool bath and end of services
This is the last day of our getaway.
We will wake up after enjoying the hotel's amenities and have a leisurely breakfast. We will proceed with the Check-Out and can conclude our getaway.

How to Formalize Your Reservation
For better management by our travel agency, we recommend making your reservation at least 15 days in advance. However, if the reservation is made within a shorter period, we will proceed to manage it equally, although it is always advisable to book in advance.
To formalize your reservation, a payment of €30 per person is required as a deposit and management fees.
Once the reservation is formalized, our team will contact you as soon as possible to confirm all the details.
After formalizing the reservation, we will send you all the related information for your review and confirmation.
When all services are confirmed, and 15 days before the start of the trip, the client must pay the remaining amount of the reservation, which corresponds to the total price of the trip minus the deposit already paid.
If the reservation is formalized less than 15 days in advance of the start of the trip, the client must pay the total amount of the trip at the time of booking.
Free cancellation up to 7 days before
If you wish to cancel your reservation, no cancellation fees will apply as long as you do so 7 days before the start of the trip. In this case, the amounts already paid will be fully refunded.
