How Much in Advance Should I Book?

You can book with 7 days' notice, although we recommend doing it as early as possible to ensure availability. Some experiences may require more time; check the details on each page.

Can I Bring My Pet?

In most experiences, yes, but some, such as visits to monasteries or boat tours, may have restrictions. We recommend checking with us before making your reservation to confirm.

What Documentation Do I Need to Present?

After completing your reservation, you will receive:

  • A confirmation email.
  • Your reservation voucher with details such as schedules and reservation number.

You can present it on your mobile, but we recommend printing it.

Can I Modify or Cancel My Reservation?

Modifications: You can request changes, as long as they comply with the general booking conditions.

Cancellations: They are accepted, but the policies detailed in our general terms and conditions apply.
