General Conditions for Combined Travel and Tour Packages in Get In Galicia
Contractual Relationship: The contractual relationship between the organizing agency and the client is governed by these general conditions, the specific clauses agreed upon in the combined travel contract, and the technical sheet of the trip that details its final content.
The client is obliged to verify the documentation received from the organizing agency, and any inquiries regarding it must be reported before the start of the trip.
ORGANIZATION: The technical organization of the trips included in this program has been carried out by AGENCIA DE VIAJES CARMI, S.L., CIF: B-49305857, located at C/ Candelaria Ruiz del Arbol, 3, 3º Dcha 49016 Zamora. An online travel agency properly registered with the Directorate-General for Tourism of the Castilla y León Community, with CICL license title 49-030.
The Agency has mandatory civil liability insurance and mandatory guarantees with the Public Administration.
Specific Conditions for Combined Travel and Tour Packages Offers in Get In Galicia
RESERVATION AND MANAGEMENT: The services included are those listed in each tourist product sheet. In the case of modification of the trip by either party, the included and non-included services will be communicated in the contractual form. At the time of accepting the reservation, the client must pay the full reservation price. If the agency is unable to offer the requested trip, the deposit will be refunded to the client. Once the entire confirmed travel information and itinerary have been sent, the reservation and management fee is non-refundable.
PAYMENT METHOD: The payment must be made by the client at the same time as confirming the reservation on the website or by email. The amount to be paid is explicitly listed in each relevant tour sheet. Some tours require a deposit to confirm the reservation, with the balance due 15 days prior to departure, while others must be paid in full at the time of booking.
MODIFICATION OF RESERVATION: Any modifications or bookings by Viajes Carmi, due to reasons such as overbooking, etc., will be communicated to the client, who can accept or cancel the changes. If the client decides to cancel, no penalties will be charged. If the modification is at the client's request, Viajes Carmi reserves the right to charge a penalty of 5 € per client for each modification.
SPECIAL SUPPLEMENTS: Reservations including nights between March 22, 2024, and March 31, 2024, and from June 22 to September 21, 2024, will incur an additional supplement of 60 € per person for "self-guided" and "private" tours, and 30 € per person for "getaways". This supplement may also apply during high season, local holidays, etc., when required. Get In Galicia will always inform the client about such additional supplements before accepting each budget.
CANCELLATION BY THE CLIENT: The client may cancel the services at any time, with the right to a refund of amounts paid, except in cases of force majeure, as follows: a) Cancellation between 10 and 15 days before the trip begins: a penalty of 5% of the total cost. b) Cancellation between 3 and 10 days before departure: a penalty of 15%. c) Cancellation within 48 hours prior to departure: a penalty of 25%.
If the client fails to show up at the start of the trip or experience, they must pay 100% of the total amount.
If the travel agency has to cancel a program or experience due to reasons not attributable to the client, the full amount paid by the client for the program will be refunded.
The agency is not obligated to compensate the client in cases of force majeure or sufficient reason, understood as circumstances beyond control, abnormal, and unavoidable despite the exercise of due diligence.
If a trip or experience requires a minimum number of participants and this is specified, the agency may cancel the trip if the minimum is not met, notifying the client at least 5 days before the planned date.
TRANSFER OF THE RESERVATION: The main contractor or beneficiary may transfer the reservation to another person who meets all the required conditions, notifying in writing at least 15 days before the start of the trip or experience. Both the person transferring the reservation and the assignee are jointly responsible for payment of the balance and any additional costs caused by the transfer.
DOCUMENTATION: All registered participants are responsible for having the necessary documentation for the destination country (ID, passport, visas, health requirements, etc.). The agency provides information, but the client is responsible for confirming this with the competent authorities. If the client is unable to travel due to missing or incorrect documentation, the agency will apply the cancellation conditions stated under the "Cancellations by the Client" section.
Specific Conditions for Hotel Reservations and Stays in Get In Galicia
RESERVATION AND MANAGEMENT: The services included are those listed in each accommodation sheet. At the time of accepting the reservation, the client must pay the full reservation price if it is "non-refundable". If the reservation is "refundable or cancellable without charge up to a specific date," the client may choose to pay the full amount or in installments, paying a symbolic amount of 15 € as a formal guarantee of their intention to book.
PAYMENT METHOD: Payment for the full reservation or installments according to the chosen option can be made by credit card or PayPal. Reservations made via PayPal will incur a 3.5% fee.
MODIFICATION OF RESERVATION: Any modification or reservation by GET IN GALICIA, due to reasons such as overbooking, etc., will be communicated to the client, who can accept or cancel. If the client cancels, no penalties will apply. If the modification is at the client's request, GET IN GALICIA reserves the right to charge a 5 € penalty per modification. Additional modification charges may apply depending on the hotel’s general conditions.
CANCELLATION BY THE CLIENT: The client can cancel the services at any time and is entitled to a refund of amounts paid, subject to the cancellation conditions as outlined in the booking process and confirmed in the reservation voucher. Any cancellation fees will be clearly outlined during the booking process.
TRANSFER OF THE RESERVATION: The main contractor or beneficiary may transfer the reservation to someone meeting the required conditions, notifying at least 15 days before the start of the hotel stay. Both the person transferring the reservation and the assignee are jointly responsible for paying the balance and any additional costs resulting from the transfer.
DOCUMENTATION: All participants are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary documentation for the destination country (ID, passport, visas, health measures, etc.), and the client must confirm this with the competent authorities. If the client has to cancel or abandon the trip due to missing or incorrect documentation, the agency will apply the cancellation conditions stated for the consumer.
Specific Conditions for Experience and Guided Tour Reservations in Get In Galicia
RESERVATION AND MANAGEMENT: The services included are those listed in each product sheet. If the trip is modified by either party, the included and non-included services will be communicated in the contractual form. At the time of accepting the reservation, the client must pay the full reservation price. If the agency is unable to offer the requested trip, the deposit will be refunded. Once all the confirmed travel information and itinerary have been sent, the reservation and management fee is non-refundable.
PAYMENT METHOD: Full payment must be made by the client at the time of confirming the reservation on the website or via email.

JURISDICTION: For the interpretation, application, or claims regarding these terms, both the client and the Organizing Agency expressly submit to the courts of Zamora, waiving any other jurisdiction.
LOPD (Data Protection): According to Organic Law 15/1999 on the Protection of Personal Data, this establishment informs you that:
- Personal data provided by our clients is incorporated into a private file registered with the Spanish Data Protection Agency, which is the responsibility of Viajes Carmi.
- We guarantee the confidentiality of personal data stored in our files.
- We have a security document outlining the technical and organizational measures for data security.
- Clients may exercise their rights to access, rectify, cancel, and oppose their data by contacting Viajes Carmi at: C/ Candelaria Ruiz del Árbol, nº 3, 3º Dcha. 49016 Zamora.
